I have a strong calling to be of service to people and the world. This calling has led me to become a certified Transformational Life Coach, Qigong Healing Practitioner, and ordained Interfaith Minister.

As a lifetime spiritual seeker, I have immersed myself in many cultures and transformational techniques throughout the world. I have taken pilgrimages to many places including Peru, Morocco, Thailand, Cambodia, and Nepal. From extended silent meditation retreats in India to working with Lion Shamans in South Africa and Zimbabwe to experiencing the profound Love and guidance from connection with nature throughout the world, these experiences have stimulated and propelled my personal and spiritual growth. They have enhanced my deep caring about the world and the people in it. This has strengthened my appreciation for a wide range of approaches to life and problem solving.

My background, commitment to continue to “go deep” with my own growth process, and my strong empathy for others provide a gentle, safe environment that fosters self healing and personal growth. I am known for my authentic, open and caring heart. Many have shared that my heartfelt, caring approach provides a safe space that encourages them to move openly towards their highest potential.
